How it works
Engineered to be evaluated.
The full technical line for the people who sign off: five subsystems, cold-climate free cooling, sovereignty as concrete controls, and a deployment path that compresses years into 8–12 weeks. Numbers are design or target values unless measured.
Five subsystems
What's inside the base.
Structure
A standardized, zoned container shell — factory-prefabricated, craned into place, and built around standardized interfaces for repeatable deployment.
Liquid cooling
Cold-plate liquid cooling with CDU and dry cooler, augmented by cold-climate free cooling. Design PUE ≤ 1.15; measured figures available on request.
Power and distribution
Power-first siting, including self-generation where the grid can't reach. Distribution sized for 40–60 kW per rack.
Spine-Leaf network
A Spine-Leaf fabric for high east-west bandwidth, with isolated out-of-band management for safe remote operations.
Monitoring and the platform
The Mash Compute platform unifies DCIM, BMS and EMS, multi-tenancy, alerting, billing, and 24/7 remote operations across every base.
Efficiency
Cold-climate free cooling and PUE.
Canada's climate is an asset. Free cooling draws on cold ambient air to shed heat for much of the year, and cold-plate liquid cooling carries heat away at the source — together targeting a design PUE of ≤ 1.15. Measured figures are available on request.
Sovereignty and compliance
Compliance is sovereignty.
We're building to recognized standards and showing the controls behind them — targeted and in progress, stated honestly.
Targeted standards
- PSPC Protected B
- ISO 27001
- UL 2755
- CSA + fire safety
- Canadian data residency
Concrete controls
- Network tiering and zero-trust segmentation
- Role-based access control (RBAC)
- Audit logging across the stack
- TLS in transit and encryption at rest
- Backup and disaster recovery
Deployment
Years to 8–12 weeks.
A repeatable path from site survey to assured operations.
- 01
Survey
Assess the site: power, ground, access, and connectivity.
- 02
Mobilize
Transport, crane, position, wire, and commission the prefabricated base.
- 03
Integrate
Bring up the network, the GPUs, and the Mash Compute platform.
- 04
Assure
Validate cooling, power, and availability targets, then hand over to 24/7 remote operations.
